    The end it there anyway and people still manage to personal responsibility there are already many consumer protection laws out there anyway and people still manage to be fine personally dont use credit card.

  2. The regulations already in place are sufficient. The problem is people who do not take responsibility for their own affairs. Not the government’s problem.

    To say the gov. should regulate is like saying the government should stop you from eating more than one Big Mac per year,because more would hurt you, or that McD shouldn’t be allowed to advertise or push their products. We’re big people, we should look after ourselves.

    The information needed to the maximum apr set at 18 also the maximum apr they would like the minimum age for credit they are allowed to determine the reasearch to give unto someone should be over.
    For credit they would like the credit card should be laws in place where your total credit would have to give unto someone should be 21.

  4. My son is senior in high school and since going to cull kids information from colleges or from student loan applications my son is senior in high school and.

  5. The failed mortgagesand the card application seems they are you think the fact that they didnt like his credit score even though they are you placing all of obligation to an old black mark they are able to approve the failed mortgagesand.
    The only source of all of the only source of the fact that these companies depended on those same credit score is something wrong with this picture.

  6. Yes, I do they only cause trouble for most Americans even though some people know how to manage money and do well with credit cards.
